This session will equip educators with a practical, structured approach to understanding and addressing student behavior through the Teacher’s Encyclopedia of Behavior Management. Participants will learn how to apply the STOIC framework to create proactive classroom systems while using function-based thinking to identify the root causes of student behavior. Through guided practice and collaborative problem-solving, teachers will explore how to select and implement targeted intervention plans aligned to specific behaviors. This training is designed to move beyond reactive discipline and empower educators with tools that promote consistency, clarity, and positive student outcomes. Educators will leave with actionable strategies and resources that can be immediately applied in their classrooms.
